Arnica is a graceful woodland plant in the same family as the sunflower, native to Central Europe and the western United States. Its yellow flowers are collected at summer's end and infused into oil for its medicinal use. Arnica oils and creams are used topically to treat sprains, bruises, and muscle pain. Also contains Helichrysum Essential oil which, when massaged into sore muscles, can help soothe aches, pains, sprains, and strains, relaxing the body and easing the tension knotted into the musculature. This formula provides the perfect friction for getting down deep especially around the neck and lower back where we all have tightness.
