Manuka Lip Balm

No Added Flavor or Scent

My other lip balms are poured hot which means they are hard in the container. Because of the added honey, this lip balm must be stirred until cool resulting in a more creamy consistency. It feels silken while applying and that feeling remains for hours.

The honey remains lightly detectable for hours after application so you can be confident with just one taste that the lip balm is protecting your lips regardless of the weather.

Manuka Honey comes from bees that pollinate a variation of the tea tree plant in New Zealand. It is known for it's antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. The Manuka Honey used in this lotion is UMF-10. This means it has been certified by the government of New Zealand to contain a specified amount of ingredients from the Manuka tree.

Cocoa Butter contains natural antioxidants and is rich in Vitamin E as well as a number of other vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E helps to soothe, hydrate, and balance the skin and also provides the skin collagen which assists with wrinkles and other signs of aging. For centuries pregnant women have used Cocoa Butter formulations to prevent and treat stretch marks, but this pleasant-smelling substance is added to countless other topical preparations. Lotions containing Cocoa Butter are often used in aromatherapy massage to promote relaxation and a feeling of well-being.

Ingredients include organic virgin oil de cocoa creme, organic beeswax, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic, fair-trade cocoa butter, Manuka honey, organic castor oil. Organic ingredients from Argentina, Indonesia, Peru and India.
