Buddha & Lotus Lotion BarI was enchanted by this Buddha from the first moment I saw it. It has a soft serenity that is deeply moving.The historical Buddha, or Enlightened One, was born in 563 B.C. in Nepal. Through profound meditation, he attained enlightenment or Nirvana. His teachings of these realizations are known as the Dharma. They revealed a path to release us from our world of suffering or Samsara. This bar is scented very lightly with a combination of Sandalwood, Cedarwood and Rosewood - oils that are known for their ability to keep you close to your divine essence and provide support through periods of fear. Hold the bar by gently cupping the top and warm the flat bottom of the bar on your hands until it begins to soften from the heat of your body. Then rub on your hands, feet, knees, elbows, or wherever extra moisture is needed. Within just moments, the butters are working to replenish dry and damaged skin. Each bar contains beeswax creating an effective moisture barrier for those who must wash their hands often. Each bar lasts for months. Ingredients include beeswax, organic shea butter, cocoa butter, fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed oil, Sandalwood, Cedarwood & Rosewood Essential oils. This 3oz Buddha is packaged in a brown kraft box. The bar is approximately 3" tall, 2" wide and 1 1/4" tall. |
