Grief Relief
Grief seems to come as a result of "endings" that bring sorrow to the heart. Losing a loved one (animal or human) or heartbreak from a failed relationship can cause profound grief. But sometimes it is necessary to grieve less obvious "endings" like the death of a belief system that no longer serves. Every ending brings new beginnings. By releasing resistance to "what is" we allow ourselves to align with the new beginnings. The first step is to let go of the reluctance to express our emotions and to process our grief.
We have all been taught, to some degree, that we must remain strong in the face of adversity or we will totally fall apart. We need to learn to let our inner feelings out and remain strong.
This Combination of Flower Essences helps to release the reluctance and express the feelings. It also helps increase the flow of energy around us and helps us see the unity of all things allowing us to come into allignment with our new beginnings.
It also provides emotional and attitudinal support in dealing with issues that come to the surface during this process.
Apache Tears Gem Elixir allows for true understanding of the situation of distress in order to provide insight and acceptance. It promotes a forgiving attitude and a release of grievances, aids in the removal of self-limiting barriers, and is excellent for dispelling negativity. It can provide comfort in times of grief.

If you surrender to what you are feeling (and not feed the feeling with your thoughts, with stories), grief will burn up the ego and then show you its other face, which is peace or even joy.
