Cornstarch based powders provide a healthy alternative to conventional talc-based baby powder. This formula is talc-free and very lightly scented to provide soothing absorption for your infant. Only a small amount of powder is needed to keep your baby dry and to prevent friction.

Talc is a fine grained mineral having a soft soapy feel and consisting of hydrated magnesium silicate. Research continues on the health effects of talc, but the consistent opinion seems to support avoiding talc in your choice of personal care products because of its potentially damaging effects on the lungs.
